The People
Christopher Moll
Chris is iFeatures’ Executive Producer. He’s the driving force behind the initiative and was also the architect of last year’s Digital Departures micro- budget scheme in Liverpool. His many production credits include Of Time and The City, Kicks, Salvage, Grow Your Own, Sparkle and the forthcoming Nowhere Boy. Previously, Chris spent 15 years as an independent producer, initially with Aardman, with whom he produced Oscar-winning The Wrong Trousers and latterly with his own companies Hellzapoppin Pictures and Harvest Films.
Melissa Blackburn
Melissa is iFeatures’ Project Manager. Melissa has spent over 10 years working in documentary filmmaking in London and Bristol, as a freelance Assistant Producer and later Director. She has worked with the BBC, Testimony Films, Quickfire Media and Touch Productions.
Shefali Malhoutra
Shefali is iFeatures' Development Executive. She was variously Head of Development, Producer and Executive Producer at Granada Drama (now ITV Studios) from 2000 to the end of 2007. In 2008 Shefali was the fiction development consultant for BBC Worldwide in Mumbai at the time of the launch of their first Indian production office. She now splits her time between India and the UK, whilst developing her own projects as an independent producer for TV and Film.
Lisa Howe
Lisa is iFeatures’ Training Manager. She brings a strong track record in delivering skills development schemes for TV, animation, digital media and film. An established Interactive Media Producer, her career also covers stills photography and video, bringing over 20 years of production experience to the team. Lisa has held senior production management roles with two major UK studios, including Peter Gabriel’s Real World, produced interactive programs for blue-chip commercial clients, and crossed over into computer games publishing.
